What happens if a tenant doesn’t pay rent on time?
Rent is due on the 1st and late after the 5th. Our automated system sends immediate notices. For ultimate peace of mind, we offer Rent Protection Insurance via SureVestor, which can cover lost rent and legal expenses should a tenant default.
Do I have to handle maintenance calls at 2 AM?
